It is recommended to begin the planning stages of an outdoor renovation approximately 12 months in advance. This includes time for design, procurement of build services and the inevitable wait for construction as most reputable companies are booking many months in advance.

We deliver each phase of the design project within 10 business days of our last meeting. Generally to get through each phase and including the standard several day lag time between completion of work and when we can meet it will take about 1 to 2 months to complete the design process.

We do not offer installation services. We do however offer our years of experience in construction in consultation services to help you choose the right contractor for the job.

You’re hiring us to put the time and thought into making your design perfect for you. If we’ve missed something that you’ve communicated to us then we are happy to make it right. If you change your mind about some things and want to switch the design up repeatedly, we can help - however additional charges will apply.

Many times it is still possible to gather the required information and move forward on design even when the ground is covered with snow. Some properties with extreme grade changes this may be impossible but we are usually still able to create designs for suburban type yards during winter.
